Legacy Farms was started in 2008 by Daniel and Lindsey Reynolds. Located in Hardyville, Kentucky, Legacy Farms raises Angus and Simmental cattle, Berkshire hogs, hay, and corn. Replacement bulls and heifers and show pigs are marketed by the farm each year through private treaty and consignment sales. Grass fed, grain finished ground beef, roast, and steaks are available. The swine operation is the newest entity to the farm. The combination of the heritage of the Berkshire breed and Legacy Farms emphasis on superior genetics provides a platform for offering premium KY Proud retail pork cuts. The assortment of farm fresh, local pork products includes: Boston butt and picnic roasts, boneless chops, bacon, smoke cured ham, sausage, sausage links, pork burgers, and regular and sweet Italian bratwurst. Freezer hogs are also available upon request.
